Publish to YouTube and SoundCloud
Connect the account you want, and check the details before you publish.
Connecting an account
On the song page, open the three-dot menu (More) and choose Publish. This option only appears for your own songs. Click Connect YouTube or Connect SoundCloud and approve access in the window that opens. Back in Kleep, you'll see Publishing as with your account name. On YouTube, Kleep asks for permission to upload videos only. It can't read or change anything else on your channel.
Publishing to YouTube
YouTube needs a video, so first create a lyric video. Then fill in the Title, the Description (a link back to the song on Kleep is added automatically), and the Visibility: Public, Unlisted, or Private. Click Publish to YouTube. On YouTube, the upload is marked as AI-generated content.
Publishing to SoundCloud
Fill in the Title and Description and click Publish to SoundCloud. The song is uploaded along with its cover art, and on SoundCloud it's published as public, with no visibility choice. SoundCloud sometimes takes a few minutes to process a new track before it can be played. Want your song on Spotify, Apple Music, and other stores? Kleep doesn't distribute to them, but you can do it yourself through a distributor - see How to distribute an AI song to Spotify.
Disconnecting
Go to Connected accounts in your Profile and click Disconnect next to the service. Songs you've already published stay on your channel.
Check before you publish
Make sure the account shown next to Publishing as is the right one. Listen to the version and check the title and description. On YouTube, choose the visibility on purpose; on SoundCloud, the song is uploaded as public. The visibility setting on the outside service is separate from the one on Kleep. YouTube needs a lyric video first, so check that yours has already been rendered.
If connecting or publishing fails
Go back to your Profile and check the connected account. If the permission window closed before you approved, start connecting again. Before you retry an upload, also check the destination account to see whether it was already published, so you don't end up with a duplicate. If the problem continues, send support the service, the song, and the error message.
