Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kleep (the "Service"), available at kleep.art. The Service is operated by Tzahi Dagan (About) ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Kleep is a web application that uses artificial intelligence to help you generate songs, including lyrics and audio, from prompts and ideas you provide. You can sign in with a one-time email link or code, or with Google, Apple or Facebook.

Some artists and songs in the Kleep catalogue (for example in Explore) are AI-generated personas created by Kleep. They are not real people, and their songs are generated with the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Credits & subscriptions

The Service operates on a credit system: creating a song consumes 5 credits; generating cover art does not consume credits. Credits may be included with a paid subscription plan, or purchased separately. Song credits are consumed when audio generation begins; if generation fails on our side, the credits are automatically refunded to your balance.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits and pricing are described at the point of purchase. Subscription credits refill: the first payment adds the plan's monthly amount, and each later billing month tops your balance up to that amount (if your balance is already at or above it, nothing is added that month). Credits already in your balance are not removed.

Credits from one-time credit packs do not expire. If you delete your account, any active subscription or standing order is cancelled immediately and any remaining credits (purchased, subscription or bonus) are forfeited and not refunded, except where required by law.

4. Bonus, referral & reward credits

  • Sign-up bonus. New accounts receive 10 free credits once, at sign-up. The bonus is limited to one per person, device and IP address.
  • Affiliate program. If you invite others with your referral link, you may earn a commission on their payments, as described on the invite page. Commissions are subject to a holding period and a minimum payout amount, and may be reversed if the underlying payment is refunded or charged back.
  • Bonus and reward credits are promotional, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and do not create a purchase that can be refunded. We may change or end these programs, and we may withhold or revoke bonus credits, rewards or commissions obtained through abuse, such as multiple accounts, fake views or self-referrals.

5. Payments

All website purchases and subscriptions are sold by us. Payments on the website are processed by our third-party payment provider, Grow (formerly Meshulam). Your payment may also be subject to the terms and policies of that provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Purchases made in the Kleep iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store as in-app purchases and are subject to Apple's terms, including Apple's billing, subscription management and refund policies.

6. Your content and ownership

  • Your inputs. You retain ownership of the prompts, ideas, and other material you submit. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit them and that they do not infringe any third party's rights.
  • Generated output. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we assign to you any rights we may hold in the songs you generate, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes. Songs are produced by third-party AI models, and depending on applicable law, purely AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright protection. We make no representation that output is unique, protectable, or free of similarity to existing works, and other users may receive similar output.
  • All tiers. These ownership and use rights apply to songs created on any tier, including free credits, credit packs and subscriptions. Limits on which features are available on each tier, such as the 30-day download window included with credit packs, are product limits on what the Service lets you do, not limits on your rights in the songs you created.
  • Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you submit (including lyrics, prompts, links, images, and audio) and for how you use, publish, distribute, or monetize any output. We do not review output before it is delivered and accept no responsibility or liability for any generated output or for any claim arising from its use.
  • Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you submit, your use of generated output, or your breach of these Terms.

7. Public songs

Songs are private by default. You may choose to make a song public, which makes it viewable and playable by anyone, including through your public profile and Explore.

Private songs are not shown in Explore or on your public profile, but anyone who has a song's share link can open and play it. You are responsible for who you share a link with.

By making a song public, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, stream, and distribute that song (including its title, lyrics, and cover art) on and through the Service, and to use it to promote the Service. We may feature, curate, or remove public songs at our discretion. You keep ownership of your song.

You can make a public song private again or delete it at any time. This ends the license for future use, but copies that others have already shared, downloaded, or cached may remain outside our control.

8. Model training

We do not use your prompts, lyrics, voice recordings, or generated songs to train AI models.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or that promotes violence;
  • Impersonate any person or create output designed to deceive (including unauthorized voice or likeness cloning);
  • Violate the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Supabase (self-hosted on our servers), Cloudflare, kie.ai (Suno models) for music generation, Google Gemini, Resend for email, Grow and Apple for payments, and Google, Apple and Meta for sign-in, analytics and advertising. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

You can delete your account at any time using Delete account on your Profile page, or by emailing us. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription or standing order immediately, and remaining credits are forfeited and not refunded, except where required by law. App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple and must be cancelled in your Apple account settings.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where practical, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located there.
