Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tzahi Dagan (About), the operator of Kleep, ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Kleep (the "Service") at kleep.art. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address, used for magic-link authentication and account management.
• Content you create. The prompts, lyrics, settings, and generated songs associated with your account, so we can store and display your library.
• Usage and billing data. Credit balances, subscription status, and transaction references needed to operate the credit and subscription system.
• Technical data. Standard log information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security and to keep the Service running.

Payment-card details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers, Grow (formerly Meshulam) and PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card numbers.

2. Voice recordings and uploaded audio

If you upload or record an audio clip (for example, to turn a melody into a song or to extract lyrics), the clip is used only to complete that request. It is sent to our AI generation provider solely for processing. We do not store it in your account or library, we do not use it to train AI models, and it is automatically and permanently deleted from our storage after processing, and in any case within 7 days of upload.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and generate songs you request;
• To authenticate you and secure your account;
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and grant credits;
• To respond to support requests and communicate important service notices;
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues;
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, including:

• Supabase - authentication, database, and storage hosting for your account and content;
• Our AI generation provider - receives the prompts/inputs needed to generate songs;
• Grow (formerly Meshulam) and PayPal - payment processors for purchases and subscriptions.

Songs you choose to make public, together with their title, lyrics, cover art, and your public profile name, are visible to anyone. Private songs are visible only to you.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

5. Data retention

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We retain transaction records as required for legal, accounting, and tax purposes. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. AI model training

We do not use your content, including prompts, lyrics, voice recordings, and generated songs, to train AI models.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at tzahi.dagan@gmail.com. You may also request deletion of your account at any time.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. AI generation runs server-side so that third-party API keys are never exposed to your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies required to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use them to track you across unrelated websites. Our payment providers (Grow and PayPal) may set cookies as part of their checkout flows.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
