Sharing songs, privacy and embeds
Every song has its own share page that anyone can open, even without a Kleep account - as long as the song is public.
Public or private
- Public - anyone with the link can listen.
- Private - only you can see the song. Share links show that the song is private or no longer available.
Switch between them with Make public or Make private on the song page.
Sharing a song
Tap Share in the player or on the song page. You can copy the link or send it straight to WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram or X. The link opens the song's share page, where people can play the song and create one of their own.
Songs look great as vertical videos too - see Lyric videos.
Share & earn credits
When you share a song with Share & earn credits, you get 2 credits each time someone listens through your link, up to a daily limit. The credits show up in your credits history on your profile.
Embedding a song on a website
Tap Embed to get a small player you can paste into a blog or website. Choose a size (compact, standard or large) and a dark or light theme, check the preview, and tap Copy code.
Explore
Explore showcases songs picked by the Kleep team. You can filter it by genre and by language. Making a song public does not automatically add it to Explore.
