Remixes and versions
Not quite happy with a song? A remix creates a new take of it, starting from the same song, and keeps every take together as versions.
Creating a remix
- Open the song in the player or on its song page.
- Tap Remix this song. The Create page opens with the song's details filled in, and a note tells you which version number the remix will be saved as.
- Change the style, lyrics or anything else, then tap Create remix.
A remix is a new song generation, so it uses credits like any other song.
Switching between versions
When a song has more than one take, Other versions lists them all. Tap a version to play it. Keep the one you like best and share that one.
Seeing how a song was made
On your song's page, Show prompt reveals the topic and style that were used, and you can copy them to reuse in a new song.
