Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 2 days of the received date with valid reason and proof.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

·         Contact our customer support team to present your reasons and proofs. Request a return and order details to claim a valid return.

·         Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.

·         Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be:

·         Unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

·         Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain items may be exempt from being returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or alternative product, please follow the return process mentioned above and then place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 1 day of receiving the order. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
